Welcome to Fiery Furnace Fitness!  My name is Tami & the idea behind our small business all began with a squat!  

Our first tee shirt idea came during a typical workout session with some clients.  I was in the process of explaining all of the different ways they could perform a squat and then I told them they "knew squat"!  The thought struck me funny - we actually DID know squat!  What a great idea!

Since 2005, my husband, Mark,  and I have been in the process of adopting a baby girl from China.  With increasing expenses due to increased wait time, I thought it would be great to have my idea put to print on a tee shirt for a sort-of "fund raiser" for the adoption.  Mark really believed in my idea & thought it might be fun to start a small business. 

Since then, many new ideas for fitness tees have come into my mind & I can't wait to share them all with you!  Also, in August, 2009 our adoption process came to an end & baby Ella was brought into our home, family & hearts!
